   Steven Van Neeley,  our President and founder, a commercial pilot with over 12,000 logged hours, has been in the aviation insurance industry for over twenty five years.   Steve is also pilot of our company aircraft, the Seneca V you see on various web pages throughout the site.  Steve's keen insight into the aviation insurance industry, experience as an aviator and agent will provide you with invaluable assistance in assuring the proper coverage.  (Click here to see a full size photo of our company aircraft)

   Rebecca Neeley,  Senior Account Representative and Accounting.   Becky has a nursing background and  has been with the  agency since it's inception.  She has a wealth of knowledge to benefit you in your risk management.  She is the one to talk to concerning any financial  or technical matters, especially relating to property insurance.

  Dave Bleakley is another long time employee agent.   Dave is extremely knowledgeable and also a pilot .  Dave is especially knowledgeable regarding worker's comp insurance.  Dave can easily relate to  all of your concerns, give him a call to discuss your needs.

  Mark Neeley,  a conscientious agent that you will find very personable.  Mark is another long time employee and very experienced.  Mark  works with binders and with licensing requirements.

   Linda Runyon,  takes care of getting those  quotes and binders processed for you.  Linda is a long time employee and very experienced. Linda  has a legal secretarial background and is a licensed notary.  If you need it yesterday, she takes care of it. 

    Cindi Brown has been with our team for several years now, working in accounting and book keeping.  Cindi has become  a truly valued member of our team.  Call her with any of your billing questions.

Mike Tortola is the newest addition to our accounting department.  Mike comes to us with a background in Business Management, Administration, and Finance.  Mike is a graduate of Walsh University, past president of the Lake Township Rotary and is actively involved in many community service organizations.  Mike resides in The North Canton area with his wife Jane and two children.

  June Bleakley works as part of the renewal team.  There is a good chance you will speak with her during that time as she follows up on the renewal process to insure that you receive the optimum quotation each year.  June also works to insure accuracy in the policies you receive.  You will find her extemely professional and very easy to work with.

   Chris Shaffer has learned aviation insurance from the ground up and we are convinced you will find him an excellent choice to have on your team to acquire the most cost effective insurance coverage.  Chris has been with the agency for eight years now and has worked as an agent for the past 5 years.  Chris works diligently to provide our clients with the best possible renewal quotations.

Heidi Reid is  one of our  experienced agents.  Heidi is also the one responsible for getting those new and renewal quotes out.  If you are requesting a new quote or looking for your renewal for general aviation aircraft you will probably get a chance to speak with Heidi.  We think you will find her to be cordial, proficient, and professional in every regard.

Nate Lautzenheiser is a licensed agent who has been with our agency for approximately three years.  Nate works as an assistant to Steve Neely and stays very busy  obtaining new purchase quotations, following up on post binding paperwork, and pilot approvals.  Nate is involved with the insurance process from start to finish so you will surely have occasion for a demonstration of his professionalism.

Eric Shaffer has been with our company for  three years now and has proven to be a valuable asset.  Eric works with renewal paperwork and quotes, ensures accuracy in policies and endorsements, and does some initial processing of quotation requests.  You will have ample opportunity to speak with Eric on the phone and we are sure you will find him as valuable as we do..

Tammy is one of our more recent employees.  Prior to employment with us she had previous served as office manager for an industrial firm.  We are sure you will enjoy her pleasant demeanor.  Tammy works as an assistant to Steve Neeley  and may be a point of contact in dealings with our agency.  We are sure you will find her outgoing personality and professional business acumen a real bonus.

David Trentman (Frenchy) graduated Cum Laude from The University Of Akron with a bachelors degree in Economics and Pre-Law.  David worked here through the time period when he was in school and has returned to assist in providing both new and renewal quotations.  We are sure that any communications you have with David will be friendly and productive.

Sharalyn Valliere is one of our newer employees.  Prior to her employment here Sharalyn attended Stark State College.  Sharalyn assists Linda with the preparation of formal binders and certificates of insurance.   Sharalyn also serves as a phone receptionist so you may very well have occasion to speak with her.  We are certain you will not be disappointed.

  Dana Runyon is a licensed agent that brings a technical and educational background to our agency.  Dana retired after twenty  one years with the U.S.  Air Force as an  avionics  communications/navigations technician and  also has 16 years experience teaching  electronics technology in the air force and at a local  technical college.   Dana developed our website and you can direct your comments concerning the website to him.
